PRESIDENT Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo named a Supreme Court (SC) lawyer as new administrator of the Philippine Overseas and Employment Administration (POEA).
Executive Secretary Eduardo Ermita said lawyer Jennifer Manalili, wife of Philippine Broadcasting Service-Radyo ng Bayan (PBS-RnB) director John Manalili would now be heading the POEA.
